Daylight and Mojitos –
Creating Latin-Inspired Space
Strategic tenant improvements to this Cherry Creek North property transformed this 1,906 sq.ft. space into a light-infused Puerto Rican lounge experience.
Ay Papi!
Architect: 4240 Architects
General Contractor: Taurus Builders
Interior Design: Robin Smith Design
The scope of this full interior tenant improvement included lighting strategy and structural modifications to install a large skylight; exterior modifications, including a patio, pergola and wheelchair lift for ADA compliance. To maximize natural light, designers employed a massive Skyline Skylites ridge glass skyroof and flex Euro-Wall bi-folding window systems fostering the lively Latin-themed ambiance that is the persona of Ay Papi! Cocktails & Vibes.
