Powers Products values the health and well-being of employees, customers, and families, and supports this through its employee health and wellness program and corporate philanthropy projects. The company encourages employees to stay active and healthy by participating in community events such as rafting, climbing, and running. There are also programs in place that reward employees for their volunteerism, fitness, and health achievements.

We care about the community

Powers actively supports the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver through volunteering, participating in events, and annual donations. They also donate to various non-profit organizations such as Junior Achievement, National MS Society, and others, in support of customers who share the same commitment to community engagement.

Powers is partnering with Habitat For Humanity and Wish For Wheels to participate in a group build day with Habitat and raise enough money to purchase 25 bikes for kindergarten students. The team will build and deliver the bikes to the school to fit and teach the kids to ride.
