DaVita Tower
Located at the western end of downtown Denver’s 16th Street Mall, the 14-story Davita headquarters building is a major focal point on the Denver skyline.
A horizontal McKeon rolling steel shutter discretely protects this multi-story atrium, compartmentalizing the area for smoke evacuation and solving code issues. At the same time, a Modernfold operable wall provides functional options for flexing the space as needed.
