Floor-to-ceiling Modernfold Acousti-Clear® glass operable walls were selected throughout the perimeter conference rooms to preserve natural light and unobstructed mountain views while delivering superior acoustic performance. The transparent operable wall system allows spaces to open for larger gatherings or close for private meetings without sacrificing aesthetics. Modernfold Acousti-Clear panels provide STC 45 and STC 51 acoustical ratings, helping Sherman & Howard achieve both visual openness and speech privacy within high-performance meeting spaces.

Two Skyfold Zenith® vertical retractable operable walls were incorporated into the multi-function rooms to create highly flexible event and collaboration spaces. Unlike traditional panelized operable partitions, Skyfold’s fully automatic vertical lift wall system retracts into the ceiling, eliminating the need for floor tracks, storage pockets, or manual setup. The Skyfold Zenith system maximizes usable floor space while delivering exceptional acoustic separation with STC ratings up to 60. Its vertically retracting design also supports clean architectural lines and seamless transitions between meeting, training, and social environments.
